Whether you need a survey for personal or professional reasons, Journey makes building one simple. The design interface offers a range of features that will fit your needs without being overly complicated.
Okay, really it's two clicks. But you won't mind, we promise. Simply click "create survey," give your survey a name, and you're on your way.
The first screen you'll see will allow you to customize the front page of your survey. Give instructions to your participants, give them information about an upcoming event, remind them that their information is confidential... it's up to you. You can also style this introductory page with HTML and CSS.
With one click, add name, contact information, and gender fields to your survey. These fields are populated automatically for any logged-in Journey user. You can later use these special fields to sort your data.
Whatever type of question you want to ask, there's a button to add it. Add long and short fill-in-the-blank questions, numeric ranges, checkboxes, drop-down menus, or radio buttons--whatever it takes to get the job done. You can also assign a code to each response, to make sorting your data easier later.
Want to move your questions around? Just drag and drop. Add display text, dividers, and headings just as easily as adding a question--and let us worry about the styling.
Once you're ready to go live with your survey, select the "Publish" tab and say "Publish this survey." Your survey will be visible to all eligible Journey users. That's it. Afterwards, Journey provides a simple URL you can use to publicize your survey.
